Haley and Kami are so excited to be returning to the Bodhi Tree Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica with you. Back in 2019 Ignite Your Spark was born and this magical place is where it started. With over 20 years of combined teaching yoga and 15 retreats lead you’re in good hands. In addition to multiple yoga styles Haley and Kami are both conscious connected breath work facilitators.
We believe that a holistic approach to the full body and soul is the path to happiness. Although we like to dive deep we also know play and light heartedness is a fundamental part of a well rounded retreat!
