Spring Renewal

Ayurvedic Cleansing Day Retreat

Embrace the fresh energy of Spring with our Spring Renewal Day Retreat, designed to gently cleanse your body, mind, and spirit through time-honored Ayurvedic practices.

Align with Nature’s Rhythm This Spring

Sunday, March 1st, 2026
11:30am-3:30pm
Ignite Hot Yoga Marysville
Investment: $150

We’ll begin with an energizing yoga flow focused on stimulating circulation to reduce the stagnation we build in Winter months. This carefully crafted practice supports the body’s natural cleansing process by promoting lymphatic drainage and increasing oxygenation.

Following yoga, enjoy an Ayurvedic coking class featuring fresh, seasonally available produce that balances your doshas. Ayurvedic meals are thoughtfully prepared to support digestion and boost immunity.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through gentle Ayurvedic cleansing rituals—including detoxifying teas formulas, mindful breathing techniques, and dry brushing practices that enhance the natural cleansing processes of the body.

Let Spring Renewal be your invitation to nourish yourself deeply and welcome the new season with open arms.
